All of our jewellery is handmade and carefully crafted, meaning slight variations may occur.
We do our best to display product colours and details as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

 Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full at checkout before your order is processed.

 Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary (for example, due to stock issues or suspected fraud).

 Shipping

 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (handmade jewellery), we currently:

• Do not accept returns for hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings)

• Accept returns/exchanges on other items within 14 days if unworn and in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll resolve this for you as quickly as possible 💕

 Jewellery Care

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions

• Store in a dry place

• Handle with care

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care.

All content on this website (images, logo, designs, text) belongs to Monique’s Gems and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
