Returns and refunds
If the items do not comply with the quality requirements or you have received wrong items, you shall have a right, in accordance with the procedure provided for by law, that the items should be replaced to the correct quality or you have a right for refund.
If you want to return the defective or wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order at MoniquesGems.com If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defective, or wrong item sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.
We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.

If you're not thrilled with the jewellery you have ordered—don't panic. Simply contact our customer support team through the Monique's Gems website within 30 days of receiving your order
They'll supply you with a returns slip and instructions for sending back the product. Free of charge!
The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.
Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings can be avoided.

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity: e.g. we suspect someone is actually using their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning excessive amounts of items or the items returned don't match what you ordered - then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts.
